Luke and Eric believe owners deserve straightforward conversations, practical information, and the space to choose what makes sense without pressure.
When an as-is path may fit, WITS can work with its investor network to evaluate the situation. When another option appears more appropriate, the team may discuss repair resources, contractor referrals, or a traditional sale.
